Continuity of care
We don’t provide short, task-based visits or constantly rotate different support workers. The people we support get to know familiar faces, building trust, confidence, and meaningful relationships over time.
Supporting Strathcarron Hospice
Creative Homecare is a social enterprise and subsidiary of Strathcarron Hospice. Every referral helps support the hospice and the vital palliative care it provides to local people and their families.
If you’re part of a hospital discharge team, GP practice, community health partnership, or another health or social care service, we’d be delighted to introduce ourselves and discuss how we can support people to live independently at home.
