As a result, the care we provide at home helps sustain vital hospice services across our community. At the same time, we support individuals to thrive safely and comfortably in their own homes, guided by the values of independence, dignity, and wellbeing. Our reliable services operate Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm.

Join Our Team
By joining Creative Homecare, you’ll not only have a rewarding role, but you will also be supporting Strathcarron Hospice.
As a homecare support worker, you will help customers to live independently in their own home. We work Monday–Friday and don’t do short calls to ensure you have the time to build meaningful relationships and deliver person-centred care.
As a homecare support worker, your duties may include but are not limited to:
- Providing companionship
- Supporting customers with personal care
- Helping with mobility
- Medication prompting
- Light housekeeping
- Help prepare healthy meals
- Accompanying customers to appointments and social outings

As mum suffers from anxiety and dementia, she needs to go out every day, we don’t have the family network to do this so homecare fills this gap for us and gives us peace of mind.
