- Is this service available in my area?
- We cover Falkirk, Stirling, Cumbernauld and Kilsyth. Speak to our Creative Homecare Manager if you are not sure if we cover your area.
- Is the support provided by Social Work?
- No, this service is self-funded. This allows us to be as flexible and responsive as possible.
- I have a Direct Payment, Self-Directed Support Budget, can I use this for Creative Homecare for support?
- Yes, we can accept these forms of payment, please contact the Creative Homecare Manager to find out more about how this works.
- Is the support available at Weekends and overnight?
- Our support is available over seven days. We are currently unable to support overnight care. Please contact our Creative Homecare Manager for details about how to arrange a package.
- Will it be the same carer who visits?
- Relationships and trust are important to us; you will get to know a small team.
- Can I arrange regular support for my parents including social activity?
- Absolutely, Creative Homecare is happy to work with individuals and family members to build a bespoke and flexible package.
