Rather than focusing solely on care needs, we value each person’s unique qualities, working closely with families to tailor support that enables our customers to remain in their own homes and stay in control of their care for as long as possible.

Flexible Homecare for Every Situation
Interested in our compassionate, personalised care in Falkirk and Stirling? Get in touch with us today, and we’ll arrange a home visit to discuss your needs.
Once we agree on a support plan, we’ll schedule a second visit to introduce your lead Homecare Support Worker, ensuring you feel confident and comfortable before your care begins.
We are committed to maintaining high standards and excellent care. In addition, we highly value your feedback. Regular wellbeing check-ins ensure our services continue to meet your expectations. As our service is flexible, we can adapt your support plan as needed.
Core service hours are from 8 am to 8 pm, Monday through Friday. However, we understand that some situations require extra flexibility. If you need support outside these hours, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
We also offer Respite Care for short-term cover when regular carers or family members need a few hours away.

We cover Falkirk, Stirling, Speak to our Creative Homecare Manager if you are not sure if we cover your area.
No, this service is self-funded. This allows us to be as flexible and responsive as possible.
If you receive Self-Directed Support (SDS) or Attendence Allowance, this can go toward the cost of your care. Please contact the Creative Homecare Manager to find out more about how this works.
Our support is available Monday-Friday 8 am-8 pm. We are currently unable to support overnight care. Please contact our Creative Homecare Manager for details about how to arrange a package.

Absolutely, Creative Homecare is happy to work with individuals and family members to build a bespoke and flexible package.
