Creative Homecare Achieves Grade 6: Excellent — For the Third Time in a Row
Creative Homecare is proud to announce that we have once again been awarded the highest possible grade — Grade 6: Excellent — by the Care Inspectorate. This marks the third consecutive report our service has achieved this outstanding recognition, following another unannounced inspection carried out in October 2025.
Our continued success reflects the dedication of our support workers and our unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional, person-centred care across the communities we serve.

As a social enterprise of Strathcarron Hospice, every penny of profit is reinvested to help fund essential hospice services — allowing us to care not only for the people we support at home but also for families across the wider community.
Our Staff Team: Skilled, Compassionate and Motivated
The inspection praised the dedication, teamwork, and ethos of our staff. Support workers reported feeling valued, well-trained, and well-supported — with excellent access to learning, supervision, and development opportunities.
