Once we have met with you and agreed a plan that meets your wishes, we will visit you again to introduce you to your lead Homecare Support Worker prior to starting your support.

Excellence is important to us.  We welcome feedback from customers and will schedule regular well-being calls to ensure our support is meeting your expectations.  Because of the flexible nature of our service, we can adjust what we do at any point to suit your wishes.

The core hours of this service are  7am to 10pm 7 days a week.  However, our aim is to be flexible and we may be able to arrange visits outwith these times. Please contact our Creative Homecare Manager to discuss your requirements in greater detail.

We also offer Respite @ Home where we can offer additional short term cover for you or your loved one while carers or family are on holiday, attending a wedding or funeral or just taking some time out.
